Computer Torts

A mediator that is experienced litigating claims involving computer torts can add significant value to the settlement process. 

In addition to being familiar with the technology that is often involved, Jim is also familiar with the statutes often at issue, including the Computer Abuse and Data Recovery Act (CADRA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act CFAA), and the Stored Communications Act (SCA).
